Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear at Hinkley Point C, near Bridgwater, Somerset, is seeking a Construction Planner for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. This full‑time role sits in a major infrastructure programme and requires developing and maintaining detailed schedules to drive safe, predictable delivery.

Hybrid working patterns are available with around four days onsite and one day remote; collaboration with engineering, construction and supply teams to align progress with milestones and provide

Qualifications

• 5+ years' planning experience in construction/engineering.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed project schedules and lookahead plans.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Site-based construction or engineering experience.
• Experience in maintenance/outage planning or project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Level 5 construction schedules.
• Prepare and update four-week lookahead plans aligned with milestones and delivery objectives.
• Integrate engineering, materials, access, resource, quality and commissioning requirements into schedules.
• Monitor progress, tracking installed quantities and providing schedule updates.
• Produce productivity reports and progress performance analyses to support decision-making.
