Hunter Philips Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 110kV substation construction in Northern Ireland. You will manage electrical installation work, coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, and ensure work aligns with the programme and safety standards.

The role offers a minimum 12-month assignment with potential progression onto additional T&D projects across Ireland, requiring RAMS, quality control, and close liaison with the client and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Relevant electrical qualifications and recognised site management certifications.
• Experience on ESB Networks, EirGrid or similar transmission and distribution projects is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily construction activities on a 110kV substation project, ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with the programme.
• Coordinate electrical installation activities, subcontractors, site personnel and specialist contractors.
• Monitor construction progress, identify delays and escalate as needed.
• Ensure HSE compliance, RAMS, quality standards and site procedures.
• Manage site documentation, progress reports, inspections and quality records.
• Liaise with client representatives and stakeholders to maintain coordination.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities as the project progresses.
