Job summary

BRUSH Group is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee on-site HV electrical infrastructure projects across sites in the South of England. You will coordinate all construction activities from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to design requirements.

The role demands strong leadership, SMSTS, and robust communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time and to specification.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical containment construction.
• SMSTS Certification required.
• Good knowledge of safe systems of work with apprenticeship or degree-level qualification.
• Strong site management and coordination skills to plan, organise and control multiple activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with clients, operations teams and subcontractors.
• Understanding of electrical construction, safety rules, commissioning and acceptance testing.
• Proven ability to plan and manage lookahead programmes and resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects.
• Deliver site-based construction elements to meet client requirements and schedule.
• Manage sub-contractors and internal reports for construction team.
• Liaise with Client Operations Teams throughout construction.
• Ensure safety processes are upheld onsite and ESR rules are applied.
• Coordinate documentation, drawings, risk assessments and method statements.
• Plan resources, tools, materials and transport for safe construction.
