Job summary

H&MV Engineering UK is seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor with a strong electrical engineering background to oversee on-site construction and HV installations. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and budget adherence while coordinating with the operations team across client sites.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage diverse teams of HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role within electrical engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and related works.
• CSCS card and relevant industry qualifications.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at H&MV Engineering UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and proven leadership skills, with experience in managing projects from inception to completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless operation of electrical installations at various client sites.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role within the electrical engineering industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and associated works.
• A valid CSCS card and relevant industry qualifications.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, CDM regulations, and construction legislation.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
