NEOS Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HV and LV electrical projects from Derby. You will oversee delivery, safety, and budget, with autonomy to shape projects for data centres, MOD sites, and industrial facilities across the UK.

The role focuses on planning, client management, site surveys, and producing O&M manuals, with opportunities to contribute to quotations as you grow.

NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a well-established electrical engineering business that is continuing to grow across the UK. Due to an increasing project portfolio, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of HV and LV electrical projects across a diverse range of industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a supportive team where you'll have genuine autonomy, long-term progression and the chance to work on high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading organisations.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing electrical projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Initially, your focus will be on project delivery, planning and client management, with the opportunity to become involved in project quotations and estimating as your experience within the business develops.

Projects include:

• HV/LV substation installations
• High Voltage maintenance works
• Low Voltage electrical installations
• Electrical infrastructure upgrades
• Renewable energy and industrial electrical projects

You’ll typically manage multiple contracts for key clients, building strong long-term relationships whilst ensuring projects run efficiently from start to finish.

• Major data centres
• Ministry of Defence (MOD) sites
• Rail and transport infrastructure
• Bus depots nationwide
• Solar energy installations
• Industrial and commercial facilities across the UK
