Job summary

Prysmian, a global cabling solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Manager for its Transmission division in the UK & Ireland. You will drive business development, lead tendering and contract negotiations for major onshore and offshore power transmission projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and sustaining key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant business or engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a project and/or solution sales environment.
• Working experience or good understanding of the dynamics of the power transmission infrastructure business where a familiarity of the cables industry would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities from initiation to contract closure.
• Lead the tender process and communicate bid strategy across the organisation.
• Coordinate offer preparation and ensure governance in commercial and risk management.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage client communications.
