Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Humanities Graduate Learning Mentor for a Leeds secondary school. Start ASAP for the full academic year, with a long-term contract and a daily rate of £100–£120.

You will support KS3/KS4, run small-group and 1:1 interventions, and help teachers plan engaging lessons. Ideal candidates hold a 2:1 in Geography or History, show enthusiasm for teaching, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree in History or Geography is required or highly desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Humanities Graduate Learning Mentor - The Role:

Humanities Graduate Learning Mentor - Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum 2:1 degree in a History or Geography related subject
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with secondary-aged students and pursuing a teaching career.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, flexible, and resilient approach to supporting young people
• Previous experience mentoring, tutoring, or supporting young learners is advantageous.
