Aspire People is seeking a Humanities Graduate Learning Mentor for a Leeds secondary school. Start ASAP for the full academic year, with a long-term contract and a daily rate of £100–£120.

You will support KS3/KS4, run small-group and 1:1 interventions, and help teachers plan engaging lessons. Ideal candidates hold a 2:1 in Geography or History, show enthusiasm for teaching, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• A 2:1 degree in History or Geography is required or highly desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Enthusiasm for working with secondary students and pursuing teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Provide KS3/KS4 subject-specific support.
• Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions.
• Assist teachers in planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support behaviour management to create a productive learning environment.
• Work with students of all abilities, including those with SEN and EAL.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and wider school initiatives.
