Shared Services Manager - Human Resources

London based (hybrid working)

Circa £65,000 plus bonus and benefits

A HR Shared Services Manager is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are going through a real period of growth. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Shared Services function and leading a small HR/People team.

This is an amazing opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £60,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications, plus bonus and benefits.

Overview of the HR Shared Services Manager role:

  • Lead the HR services team, ensuring services and processes are delivered accurately, consistently and with high quality, within SLAs, centred on the company strategy.
  • Participate in design of HR Administration/Shared Services strategy, scope of delivery, service quality goals and budgets.
  • Define execution plans, metrics and budgets for own area in line with overall HR Administration/Shared Services strategy.
  • Manage the outsourced payroll function as well as the wider benefits function.

Key skills and qualifications required for the HR Shared Services Manager role:

  • Relevant CIPD qualification, with experience of managing Payroll function.
  • Experience of working in a HR Shared Services function and experience of automating processes.
  • Proven experience of leading a HRSS Team.
