Role Overview:

Alexander Lloyd is seeking interim HR Change Consultants to join an insurance sector organization. The role involves leading the delivery of People projects that support business strategy and drive transformation aligned with strategic HR plans.

Working closely with Strategic HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, you will conduct research, analyze data, identify issues, and develop pragmatic solutions to business problems, providing measurable impact and commercial value. You will serve as a main stakeholder contact and coordinate across different groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver HR projects aligned with strategic HR plans.
• Conduct data analysis, identify trends, and develop recommendations.
