Interim HR Change Consultant

Hybrid London, 2 days per week on site

£70-80k FTC depending on experience

Up to 12 months

Alexander Lloyd is pleased to partner with this insurance sector organisation to recruit several HR Project Consultants. You will lead the successful delivery of People projects that support business strategy and drive transformation outlined in strategic HR plans.

Working closely with Strategic HR Business Partners and COEs, you will conduct research, analyze data, identify issues, provide advice, and develop innovative, pragmatic solutions to business problems with measurable impact and commercial value.

You will act as a main stakeholder contact and will need to coordinate across different groups, wearing multiple hats.

Successful applicants will need:

  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong data analysis skills, trend recognition, and the ability to connect findings to business priorities, developing recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational skills, pragmatism, and composure under pressure
  • Influencing skills, with the ability to influence senior managers and employees at all levels
  • Experience managing complex change and transformation projects
  • Generalist HR experience, including project management
