Job description

Interim HR Project Consultant

Location: Hybrid London 2 days per week on site

Salary: £70-80k FTC depending on experience

Duration: 6-9 months

Alexander Lloyd are pleased to partner with this insurance sector organisation to recruit a number of HR Project Consultants to lead the successful delivery of People change projects that support the business strategy and drive transformation set out in strategic HR plans.

Working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partners and COEs, you will conduct research, collect and analyse data to identify issues, provide advice, and work with the team to develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions to solve business problems that have measurable impact and add commercial value.

You will act as a main point of contact for stakeholders and will need to wear multiple hats to coordinate across different groups.

Successful applicants will need:

  1. Familiarity with Project Management methodologies. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  2. Ability to conduct in-depth data analyses, recognize trends, tie back to business priorities, and develop recommendations for cross-functional groups of stakeholders.
  3. Effective stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills essential.
  4. Strong Consultancy skills.
  5. Strong data analysis skills.
  6. Well organized, pragmatic and calm in time pressured situations.
  7. Influencing skills - ability to influence managers at a senior level and employees at all levels.
  8. Experience managing complex change/transformation projects.
  9. Generalist HR work experience including managing projects.
