Job summary

Comfort Care Services Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join our HR & Training team in a fast-paced environment. You will support managers, handle employee relations matters, and help develop a high-performing workforce.

The role is full-time and permanent in Hillingdon, with responsibilities spanning compliance, policy drafting, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will have HR experience (Officer/Advisor/Assistant), strong communication and IT skills, and a proactive approach to people

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Officer, HR Advisor, or HR Assistant role.
• Experience handling employee relations matters.
• Experience drafting HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful insights.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
