Job summary

Lilian Baylis Technology School is seeking an organised, proactive HR Officer to join our team in London. You will manage recruitment, pre-employment checks, the SCR, data administration and sickness absence handling, acting as a confidential point of contact for HR guidance across the school.

The post requires prior HR or administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding. Enhanced DBS checks will be required.
