Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a Global Legal Firm on the recruitment of an HR Manager on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Head of HR for corporate functions, your main areas of responsibility will be Talent Management, Performance Management, Career Management whilst incorporating DE&I Initiatives.
This is a full HR Generalist role and will support the firm's strategic priorities. You will need excellent stakeholder management at the senior level as you support the firm's partners to create the people strategy, coach and support partners, create a pathway for high performers and much more.
For this particular role, we require previous experience in a similar large complex matrix professional services organisation (Law, Accountancy etc.). You will need to have experience of dealing with senior stakeholders, challenge the norm, and provide solutions.
Key experience required:
This organisation offers excellent hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home, and their offices are conveniently located near Liverpool Street, London.
