About the Role

We areseeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people functionand drive HR strategy, employee engagement, and compliance. As part ofthe Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping thefuture of the business and ensuring the smooth operation of HRprocesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations(ER), recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategiesaligned with business objectives.
  • Manage HR metrics andreporting, providing insights to leadership on workforce trends.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, acting as an InvestigatingOfficer and ensuring all documentation is managed appropriately.
  • Oversee leave management, payroll reviews, benefitsadministration, and compensation planning (bonuses, promotions, carand travel allowances, leases).
  • Support TUPE transfers whereapplicable.
  • Take responsibility for office management, IT,training, health & safety, insurance, and facilities management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably withinfinancial services or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge ofUK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience handlingemployee relations, recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solvingskills.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and work withsenior stakeholders.
  • Experience with TUPE and HR consultingis a plus.
  • A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalentexperience) is preferred.
