Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and manage HR initiatives across our EMEA offices. This role is critical in ensuring consistent, compliant, and scalable people practices across multiple countries while supporting the company’s rapid growth of our AI Data Intelligence Platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in global HR management, deep cultural competence, and the ability to drive alignment between international HR operations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Global HR Strategy & Operations

  • Design, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with local laws and company goals across multiple countries.
  • Partner with regional leadership to ensure seamless integration of HR practices with business operations.
  • Drive global talent, retention, and development strategies to support company growth.

Compliance & Employment Law

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations in all operating regions.
  • Serve as subject-matter expert for international employment compliance (e.g., GDPR, work visas, payroll, benefits).
  • Partner with legal teams to mitigate risks related to employment and data privacy.

Talent Management & Development

  • Lead international performance management, succession planning, and career development frameworks.
  • Facilitate global leadership and employee training programs focused on inclusivity, compliance, and professional growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all locations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Benchmark and manage international compensation structures and benefits programs to remain competitive and equitable.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate payroll execution across countries and proper tax compliance.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Promote a strong, unified company culture that celebrates diversity and drives employee engagement.
  • Mediate cross-border employee relations issues and coach local managers on resolution practices.
  • Oversee international onboarding and offboarding to provide consistent and meaningful employee experiences.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record of progressive HR experience with knowledge of international HR within the technology industry.
  • Proven experience managing HR functions across the EMEA region.

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of global HR practices, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale HR infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Performance Management. LMS) and data analytics.
  • High resilience and ability to manage independently
  • Strong work ethic and customer service oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in international HR (e.g., GPHR, SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience working in the technology industry
