An exciting opportunity for a Cluster HR Manager, managing three boutique 5* hotels based in Central London. This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the General Manager with a dotted line to the group VP HR. Responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting all HR areas including L&D, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Compliance.

Key duties include:

1. Full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training & succession planning, exit interviews, culture, and wellbeing for approximately 170 employees.
2. Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure new starters are welcomed and integrated smoothly.
3. Ensure administrative and contractual procedures are promptly and accurately completed, such as changes of hours, job titles, transfers, maternity cover, contract extensions, and renewals.
4. Work closely with departmental heads and senior management to align HR strategies with operational needs.
5. Handle all employee relations matters in accordance with UK employment law.
6. Promote a positive and engaging work culture alongside the General Manager.

Experience required:

• Previous generalist HR experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Proven experience managing recruitment and employee relations processes.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation, ideally CIPD qualified.
• Strong relationship-building skills and experience advising senior leaders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
