I’m working exclusively with Victorious Academies Trust in Tameside to find a Trust HR Manager to support their 15 primary schools.

The Offer

• Pension: 19% employer contribution (Local Government Scheme)
• Location: Mossley (OL6), with travel across Tameside and Derbyshire
• Hybrid: Up to 20% home working, depending on the needs of the Trust

What You’ll Need

• HR experience in schools, MATs or public sector settings
• Strong communicator—able to support and challenge with confidence
• Calm, resilient and solutions-focused under pressure
• A solid understanding of employment law (and what’s coming next)
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Willing to complete all relevant onboarding checks, including enhanced DBS
