We are looking for an energetic, organised and ambitious person to join our growing organisation.This is an ideal role for those who want to develop their career in Human Resources.Our HR Manager is very much a generalist role and will be involved in supporting team members and line managers in all aspects of HR.
You’ll need to share our belief in the ability for team members, teams and organisations to develop and grow through self awareness, but you don’t need to be a psychologist, we’re more interested in how you use your mind and experience both professional and personal to support our rapidly growing team to deliver groundbreaking work.

- You will:
- Oversee the recruitment process and conducting interviews and hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere
- Plan and implement training programs for the team
- Ensure that employees and managers follow best practices and company policies
- Implement systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behaviour
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Onboard new employees
- Consult the senior leadership team on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within Lumina Learning
- Organise and coordinate the organisation’s critical human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee training and development, legal compliance, and recruitment processes.
- Plan the human resources and development of a company’s workforce
- Support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Stay up to date and engaged in the wider learning and development landscape by doing additional reading and research, and identifying key trends and insights in relation to Human Resource Management
- Gauge the impact of your work by means of case studies, impact reports and client feedback
- Believe psychometrics and personality assessments can change behaviour for the better
You have:
- Degree level education, ideally in a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience
- CIPD level 3 or working towards achieving HR professional qualifications
- The ability to think quickly and independentlywith strong ethics and reliability
- The humility to ask for help – we don’t expect you to know things, we’ll help you learn
- A can-do attitude and the will to make a difference for the organisation
- Exceptional attention to detail

- Good time management skills
