A leading company is seeking an experienced HR professional for a hybrid role in Swindon. The position involves managing HR queries, supporting casework, and collaborating with HR teams to provide high-quality service. Fixed Term Contract (12 Months Maternity Cover)

Do you have experience working in an operational HR role where no two days are the same? Are you self-motivated, able to use your own judgement, and provide sound support to colleagues at varying levels? If yes, then this role is for you.
People are at the centre of all we do. Your role will be varied and fast-paced, offering learning opportunities along the way. As part of a large team of HR professionals, we strive to provide high-quality support to approximately 6,500 employees across UKRI, by working together and supporting each other.
You will be joining UKRI at an exciting time as we prepare to launch our new HR, Reporting, Accounting, and Procurement System. This system will enhance functionality and streamline processes to help employees and managers self-serve HR-related inquiries.
Our team is based across several locations. We support a hybrid working environment, encouraging staff to work from home three days a week, with the remaining days spent on-site collaborating with HR colleagues.
