Siemens Energy is seeking an HR Intern specialising in Talent Acquisition in the United Kingdom. You will help source and engage top talent, working closely with experienced recruiters to support from posting roles to offers.

You will learn recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and build candidate relationships in a collaborative, diverse environment that supports growth and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Passion for connecting with people and building relationships.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Prepare engaging job adverts, post roles and assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Conduct employment checks and process offers on acceptance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.
