Job summary

Siemens Energy in Lincolnshire is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across the production process. You will develop and implement QA protocols, conduct audits, analyze quality data, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • NVQ level 4 to 5 in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, RCA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

What You Bring
  • NVQ level 4 to 5 in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
