The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to oversee the strategic management, optimization, and enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integrations, data integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
• Ensure seamless system operations and support HR operational efficiency.
• Strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with knowledge of HR processes and IT systems.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
