Job summary

Gattaca is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist for our Defence & Security client in Farnborough. You will provide technical leadership across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems, guiding configuration, security, governance, and ongoing service delivery.

The role requires experience shaping system roadmaps, strong governance and vendor management, and excellent communication with stakeholders. This full-time on-site role requires eligibility for SC clearance and involves at least three days

• Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modules.
