Job summary

Matchtech is assisting a client in the Defence & Security sector to recruit a Senior Systems Specialist for Farnborough. You will provide technical leadership across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems, shaping roadmaps and ensuring governance and security.

This full-time role requires strong stakeholder and vendor management, system integration, and a passion for cutting-edge defence technology with SC clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product landscape
• Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modules
• Proven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiatives
• Strong governance, security, and service management knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
• Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and Subject Matter Expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems
• Manage system configuration, security, governance, and compliance
• Lead system support, incident resolution, and service delivery
• Oversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing
