QinetiQ Limited in Farnborough is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist to lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors across the enterprise IT landscape. You will design, configure and secure HR technology, coordinating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Essential experience includes deep SuccessFactors knowledge, governance and change management, plus strong communication and mentoring skills to drive efficiency and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and related enterprise systems.
• Experience configuring, supporting, integrating and optimising SuccessFactors modules.
• Ability to lead design, roadmaps and align solutions with business goals.
• Strong governance, security and service management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems.
• Manage system configuration, security, governance and compliance.
• Lead system support, incidents and service delivery with stakeholders.
• Oversee integrations, data management and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to define requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing and training.
