Job summary

分众传媒 is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to run end-to-end recruitment across BD, operations and installation, and manage onboarding and employee admin in our London office.

You will ensure UK employment compliance, coordinate with payroll, and develop HR processes and internal documentation. Mandarin preferred but English fluency required; you will join a small, fast-paced team. This on-site role offers the chance to shape people processes in a startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• UK HR basics and compliance
• Mandarin language preferred

• Run recruitment across BD, operations and installation
• Manage end-to-end hiring from posting roles to offers
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration
• Ensure contracts and compliance with UK employment regulations
• Coordinate with payroll providers and external HR partners
• Help set up HR processes, policies and internal documentation
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day HR questions
