Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, dynamic, HR Business Partner who is highly motivated and ready to work in a fast paced team.

Working with, and managing members of our HR Advisory team, as part of the Trust's Operational HR department, this role is responsible for providing generalist HR support to Care Group and Corporate Directorates.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to build trusting and effective relationships with Senior Managers, Staff Side (Trade Union) Colleagues and other key stakeholders to resolve issues and drive forward change.
  • Overseeing and resolving a wide range and high volume of employee relations cases.
  • Work with senior managers to drive change and challenge established thinking, providing HR advice on any organisational change and being responsible for the management and delivery of a comprehensive, proactive and professional operational HR service.
  • Develop manager capabilities to embed a Just Culture approach ensuring colleagues are treated with kindness and openness.
  • Ability to be CIPD chartered member or actively studying towards this.
Qualifications
  • Experience overseeing and resolving a wide range and high volume of employee relations cases.
  • Ambitious, flexible and a creative thinker; ability to develop manager capabilities.
  • Good ability to build relationships with Senior Managers, Staff Side and stakeholders.
  • CIPD chartered membership or actively studying towards it.
Location & Flexibility

The role can be based at either our York or Scarborough site and there will be a requirement to work across any of our Trust sites. We are currently working from home on a regular basis but there will be the requirement to attend face-to-face meetings as required.
