A prominent healthcare provider in York is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner to manage employee relations and provide robust HR support. The ideal candidate will have experience resolving complex employee issues and the ability to build trusting relationships with senior managers. This role includes opportunities for strategic change management and development of a supportive workplace culture. Benefits include generous leave and the NHS pension scheme.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, dynamic, HR Business Partner who is highly motivated and ready to work in a fast paced team.
Working with, and managing members of our HR Advisory team, as part of the Trust's Operational HR department, this role is responsible for providing generalist HR support to Care Group and Corporate Directorates.
The role can be based at either our York or Scarborough site and there will be a requirement to work across any of our Trust sites. We are currently working from home on a regular basis but there will be the requirement to attend face-to-face meetings as required.
