Uniphar Medtech is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our successful HR Team. As a rapidly growing company, we invite you to be part of our ambitious development and expansion.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our medical sector operations across the UK, Europe, and Ireland. The role involves acting as a strategic partner, providing comprehensive HR support, and driving initiatives to boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with Uniphar Medtech to deliver a professional and responsive HR service, supporting growth and employee development. Responsibilities include recruitment, contracts, HR policies, employee relations, induction, training, and specific HR projects.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Manchester, with travel across Europe and to Dublin being essential.

Responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with UK and EU businesses to integrate them into Uniphar Medtech's way of working.
  • Building strong relationships and promoting the benefits of being part of a unified organization.
  • Supporting managers in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Aligning HR practices with the company's growth plans.
  • Implementing HR policies, managing HR records, and ensuring compliance.
  • Handling employee relations issues and facilitating effective communication.
  • Overseeing onboarding processes and developing training programs.
  • Participating in HR projects to develop talent and organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborating with regional leadership to align HR strategies.
  • Maintaining GDPR compliance and supporting organizational HR needs.

  • Strong understanding of employment law across UK and Europe.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively; a full clean driving license is required.
