At The Air Ambulance Service, we’re entering an exciting new chapter. With a new CEO at the helm introducing a bold ambitious strategy, we’re embarking on a transformative journey. HR will be at the heart of driving this change, working alongside our Joint Leadership Team to reshape how we operate, engage with our people, and deliver on our mission. This is more than just a shift in systems or processes—it’s about behavioral change, evolving our ways of working, and truly aligning our culture with the values that make us who we are. This is what makes this new role so exciting.
As our People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of driving change across the head office functions plus our airbases. Acting as the strategic liaison between the People and Culture team and the Charity, you’ll align people practices with organisational objectives to drive performance, development, and a values-driven culture. You’ll be working closely with multiple heads of departments and directors, enabling organisational success by driving proactive, behavioral-led people strategies. You’ll empower teams to perform at their best while cultivating a culture rooted in our core values, creating real impact every day and building a positive work environment that supports ongoing development initiatives.
And this role isn’t just about today—it’s about shaping the future. You’ll drive transformation by influencing and embedding progressive People practices, designing innovative frameworks, and building a true partnering approach with stakeholders and managers. With clear pathways for career progression and succession planning, this is an opportunity to lead strategically, create meaningful change, and position yourself as a key player in a forward-thinking organisation. If you're ready to shape the future of HR, this is the role for you.
