Associate Director - Recruiting HR roles across Manchester and Lancashire

Are you an ambitious and driven HR professional with experience at Business Partner or Consultant level across the EMEA region? If so, take a look at this role and please apply today if you think it fits with your experience!

My client, an innovative and market-leading global business are currently on the lookout for a commercial HR Business Partner to join their growing team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with external clients who are seeking global expansion, ensuring they receive a world class service, in a true generalist capacity.

You will be an integral part of the People division, adhering to industry best practice, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to devise and implement new and innovative solutions for clients. In addition to this you will work with the Global HR Director to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

To be successful for this role these are some essentials:

• Proven experience at the Business Partner level or at Consultant level across multiple clients
• EMEA experience - or if not multi site experience in the UK is essential
• Proven track record in devising and implementing HR solutions
• Passionate about your own personal development

The successful candidate for this role needs to be able to spend a couple of days in the North West - there may also be occasional travel required, but in the main the rest of the time can be worked from home.
