We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is remote with regular travel.

You will:

• Have experience within a busy generalist HR role and managing complex casework
• Have experience in a regulated sector with a strong Trade Union presence
• Have up-to-date knowledge of employment law, making commercial HR decisions, and knowledge of Data Protection and Confidentiality
• Be CIPD Level 7 qualified, hold a Postgraduate level HR qualification or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
• Maintain current knowledge and application of HR and employment law changes
• Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism, with effective communication and relationships at all levels

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate positively with campus sites and senior teams to support employee relations matters
• Deliver a full range of generalist HR services supporting all employment lifecycle stages
• Implement regional and global HR strategies through planning and projects
• Engage with campuses via regular visits to develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure organizational alignment
• Prepare and present HR-related reports and briefings
• Manage complex casework and HR matters, providing guidance and support
• Support management with employment and HR issues in accordance with policies and legislation
• Coach managers on staff management issues, both informal and formal
• Lead in structural reviews and organizational change processes
• Advise on policies, procedures, and legislation
