Job summary

Stockport Homes Group in Stockport, England, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. This permanent, full-time role leads on workforce planning and supports organisational change within a large, complex organisation, with hybrid working between office and home.

The position requires strong HR & OD skills at BP level and a track record of delivering strategic people initiatives in a similar environment. Salary up to £50,000 per annum, with a supportive People & OD team.

This is a strategic role that is embedded within specific business areas, leading on workforce planning and supporting organisational change. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has a track record of success in a similar role within a large and complex organisation.
