• Provide expert guidance and assistance on employee relations issues such as performance management, engagement, and disciplinary matters

• Utilise data analysis and reporting to identify trends and inform strategic HR decisions
• Ensure HR compliance with relevant legislation, closely following best practices and public sector policies
• Coach and mentor managers on successful people management practices
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Actively engage in continuous improvement activities and pursue personal development through professional opportunities
