As we expand our global operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in the UK and help drive our people strategies to support JD.com's ambitious goals in the logistics sector.

Role Overview:

As the HRBP, you will play a key role in working closely with senior management and leadership teams across JD.com's logistics division. Your focus will be to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring the effective management of talent, organizational development, and employee relations. This is a highly impactful role, offering you the opportunity to contribute to JD.com’s ongoing success in the logistics industry while working in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leadership teams to understand business goals and objectives, offering strategic HR solutions that directly impact the logistics division's performance.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, ensuring the right talent is in place for the business to succeed.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to build recruitment strategies that address critical skill gaps within JD.com's logistics operations.
  • Oversee employee relations efforts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while managing any performance-related issues.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, helping to manage transformation in line with JD.com's global vision and business priorities.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Use HR data and metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement in HR programs and processes.
  • Champion employee engagement and diversity initiatives, building a culture of inclusion and belonging within JD.com's global workforce.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, with a strong background in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is mandatory for this role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Significant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and talent needs in this sector.
  • HR Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
