Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists have an exciting opportunity for a Regional People Business Partner. This hybrid role involves three days in the office and two days working from home, with a salary of up to £45k per annum. The position is based at our Head Office in Esholt and plays a key role in supporting the business's three-year strategy.

We seek someone passionate about creating a Great Place to Work for all teams, with a focus on training and development to support our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive Employee Relations (ER) support to Practice Managers across our practices in the South (approximately 28, growing).
• Collaborating closely with the Regional People Business Partner in the North.
• Applying knowledge of employment law and financial analysis skills (Excel proficiency desirable).
• Experience with TUPE (desired).
• Contributing to training and development programs to enhance engagement and success.
