Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR professional to work closely with management to implement corporate HR, organizational development and employee development policies at the business-unit level.

You will consult with employees and managers to identify root causes of HR issues and help resolve employee relations matters using a systematic approach, while contributing to salary reviews, workforce planning and organizational change initiatives.

• Proven ability to address employee relations issues systematically.

• Consult with employees and managers to identify root causes of human resources issues
• Attempt to resolve employee relations issues using a systematic approach
• Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives, including salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning and organizational change
• Assist senior management in developing solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
• May administer talent management and succession planning activities within the client organization
