Human Resources Business Partner, Cambridge

Frazer Jones is partnering with a high-performing investment firm to recruit a strategic and commercially focused HR Business Partner.

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with senior leaders to implement people strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.

The position covers the full employee lifecycle, emphasizing strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and organizational change. You will also be involved in M&A integration and enhancing HR systems and processes.

You will lead employee relations, offering guidance on complex cases and maintaining fair, consistent people management practices. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly payroll processes with Finance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness, as well as managing reward and benefits programs, vendor relationships, employee communications, and data integrity.
