We have an exciting opportunity to join the EMEA Benefits team, supporting over 6,000 employees across 44+ countries. Based in London, you will drive the benefits agenda and manage programs related to Retirement, Health & Welfare, and Wellness initiatives. Responsibilities include managing benefits vendors, handling escalations, internal communications, working with Procurement on contracts and invoices, analyzing benefit plan designs, and collaborating with HR, Benefits Operations, and Payroll teams on policy matters.

Building relationships is key at Bloomberg. As part of the global Benefits team, you'll work closely with colleagues across the Americas and APAC on international projects impacting over 20,000 employees in 73+ countries. Your excellent communication skills will be vital in this fast-paced environment!

We'll trust you to:
  • Drive plan design improvements, conducting impact reviews and benchmarking against market standards
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and local regulations
  • Review operational processes and implement improvements
  • Analyze utilization reports and trends, proposing enhancements based on feedback and market practices
  • Serve as a point of contact for complex benefits questions, providing sound solutions
  • Implement new plans, programs, policies, and designs
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure service standards
  • Stay informed on benefits legislation and industry standards, integrating them into processes
  • Communicate benefits programs and compliance updates, collaborating with Internal Communications
  • Maintain accurate benefits information on our HR portal
You'll need to have:
  • At least 7 years of benefits administration and advisory experience, with 2-3 years in a corporate setting
  • Familiarity with benefits programs and regulations in the UK and other EMEA countries (e.g., France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, UAE)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative benefits plans, with strong project management skills
  • Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and challenges
  • Effective communication skills with attention to detail and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects with urgency
  • Strong analytical skills and data accuracy focus
  • Customer service orientation with a flexible, open-minded attitude
  • Good judgment in escalation and problem-solving
