About the Company

You will be working for a global architecture company based in Central London, leading their market and driving sustainability goals. The company operates in over 17 countries worldwide, offering an exciting global opportunity.

Your New Role

You will report to the Total Reward Lead, managing and administering the organization's benefits programs and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market expectations to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage benefits administration and processing.
  2. Negotiate annual benefits renewals.
  3. Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive packages.
  4. Generate regular reports and insights on benefits programs.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to align benefits offerings.
  6. Serve as a key contact for employees regarding benefits, improving understanding, uptake, and engagement.
Requirements
  • Specialist knowledge of benefits programs within a global company.
  • Experience with benefits platforms and solutions.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or with a relevant benefits qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with external stakeholders and senior business partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
What You'll Get

A base salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits such as bonuses and private healthcare. The role is based in Central London, with an expectation of 3 days in the office per week.
