Moss is seeking an HR Assistant to support their HR operations in London. The role includes managing employee records, overseeing compliance with HR policies, and collaborating with HR teams on various projects and benefits programs. Ideal candidates will have prior HR experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on detail. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work three days a week.

Purpose of the Role:
As the HR Assistant your role will encompass both administrative and employee relations responsibilities. Key duties include HR and payroll administration, covering joiners, movers, and leavers, as well as maintaining accurate records for all Moss colleagues. In the employee relations domain, the role oversees low-level cases, such as absence management, timekeeping, and right-to-work compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies. Collaboration is integral, as the HR Assistant works closely with the HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Store managers, and key stakeholders to support the efficiency of HR operations.
