Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to take an active role in the HR Team in our day-to-day activities, combining administration and general support alongside interesting project work. This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and expertise across a wide range of HR functions – including compensation & benefits, payroll, HR business partnering, DE&I, and HR Projects.

Your Role
  • Join the great team of Henkel’s Human Resources function as a Graduate HR Assistant.
  • Support core HR processes and administration by working with local and international HR teams.
  • Assist with the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland, including handling requests from employees, business teams, and third parties.
  • Support data requests and contribute to updating and promoting our digital HR Hub.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on projects related to:
  • Diversity & Inclusion,
  • Learning & Development,
  • Employee Wellbeing.
  • Help increase digital learning initiatives and support HR digital strategy implementation.
  • Provide support to HR Business Partners to help them understand their roles and responsibilities better.
Your Skills
  • Expected to graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Good analytical skills and effective time management.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
