This one-year programme is designed to develop knowledge, skills, and expertise across a wide range of HR functions – including compensation & benefits, payroll, HR business partnering, DE&I, and HR Projects.
Your Role
- Join the great team of Henkel’s Human Resources function as a Graduate HR Assistant.
- Support core HR processes and administration by working with local and international HR teams.
- Assist with the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland, including handling requests from employees, business teams, and third parties.
- Support data requests and contribute to updating and promoting our digital HR Hub.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on projects related to:
- Diversity & Inclusion,
- Learning & Development,
- Employee Wellbeing.
- Help increase digital learning initiatives and support HR digital strategy implementation.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners to help them understand their roles and responsibilities better.
Your Skills
- Expected to graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP or other HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis and interpretation.
- Good analytical skills and effective time management.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
