Join our fantastic team as a full-time HR Assistant!

We are seeking an organised professional to manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle and support our HR Business Partner in establishing agreed processes that drive business growth.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong administrative experience with process setup
  • HR team experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident with MS Office and spreadsheets
  • Interest in developing an HR career
  • Knowledge of UK employment law desirable, as well as experience of providing HR advice and implementing HR procedures, practices and compliance.
  • Experience in the health and social care sector would be ideal!
  • Support HR process development and business growth initiatives
  • Manage employee lifecycle administration (starters, leavers, reviews, absence management)
  • Maintain HR records and systems in compliance with GDPR
  • Handle employee queries and provide first-line HR support
  • Assist with HR casework documentation
