Reporting to the HR Business Partner the primary function of the HR Advisor role is to provide an effective robust Employee Relations Advisory service. You will operate as part of the Health Assessment Services (HAS) team working alongside the wider HR teams and in close collaboration with management teams across HAS.
The role will be embedded within the HAS business and supported by the central HR team.
The role will include occasional travel to the HAS sites in Yorkshire and Northeast of England.
Working part time for example 3 or 4 days a week (including a Friday) or 9.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday.
