Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the primary function of the HR Advisor role is to provide an effective and robust Employee Relations Advisory service. You will operate as part of the Health Assessment Services (HAS) team, working alongside the wider HR teams and in close collaboration with management across HAS.
The role will be embedded within the HAS business and supported by the central HR team.
Occasional travel to HAS sites in Yorkshire and Northeast England may be required.
Working part-time, for example, 3 or 4 days a week (including a Friday), or from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
