Robertson Facilities Management in Stirling is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver an effective HR service across assigned areas while supporting People Leaders with policy implementation and guidance.
You will partner with business leaders, advise on HR practices, and help drive the People Strategy through to onboarding, TUPE, and performance initiatives. Flexible hybrid working, with travel across Scotland, is available.

To support the HR Business Partner in providing efficient employee relations support to Robertson Facilities Management, ensuring the effective delivery of proactive, business-focused HR support and advice.
The HR Advisor will ensure effective management of employee relations cases across Group business units and support the execution of effective recruitment plans.
To support the delivery of the wider HR and People Plan, while promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with Robertson policies and processes for all stakeholders.
