Robertson Group is seeking an HR Advisor in Edinburgh to provide efficient employee relations support and proactive HR guidance aligned with the Group HR strategy. You will work closely with Managing Directors and Senior Leaders to manage ER caseloads and drive business-focused HR solutions.
You will deliver HR services across assigned units, build relationships, ensure policy compliance, and lead on HR reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

The HR Advisor role provides efficient HR employee relations support to the business units ensuring the effective delivery of the agreed Group HR strategy and providing proactive, business focused HR support and advice. The HR Advisor will ensure effective management of employee relations cases across specific business units. Working closely with Managing Directors and their Senior Leadership teams, regional presence and support is a key aspect of the role.
