Interim HR Business Partner @ Hood Group Ltd | Talent Management, Executive Search

Are you passionate about putting the ‘human’ in Human Resources?

We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in employee relations to join our HR Operations team. This is a HR generalist role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across the business, ensuring our policies and procedures are implemented effectively. This is an exciting opportunity, where you’ll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across various areas of HR.

We are a fast-growing, reputable, and innovative company with a successful hybrid working style in this digital age. Hood Group is a dynamic, forward-thinking customer management business that provides outsourced customer services for well-known UK trusted brands such as John Lewis & Partners and Ticker Insurance.

What will I do in the role?

  • Provide 1st & 2nd line HR support to managers and employees
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK legislation
  • Support managers within the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate HR records, producing reports for management
  • Participate or lead in HR projects such as process improvement
  • Administrate payroll monthly activities

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in HR and understanding of employment law
  • Experience in ER case management and improving HR metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A collaborative team player as well as able to work alone
  • Able to deal with change effectively
  • Able to demonstrate empathy and apply policy
  • Exposure to HRIS
