CBSbutler is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR Operations team within a large utilities company. The role focuses on expert employee relations advice and supporting managers across the business in London, with hybrid working after settling in.

You'll manage a varied ER caseload, partner with managers to resolve complex people issues, and contribute to HR projects that improve processes and manager capability.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or studying towards CIPD.
• Strong experience in an HR Advisor or HR Operations role with complex ER case management.
• Experience in a utilities organisation or unionised environment is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using HR systems (SAP advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Managing a broad range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness absence, capability, discrimination, bullying & harassment, redeployment and redundancy.
• Providing practical, commercially focused advice on employment law, HR policies and best practice.
• Coaching and supporting managers through complex people issues.
• Working closely with HR colleagues, Occupational Health, Payroll, Legal and Trade Union representatives.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and case management reporting.
• Supporting HR projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy HR Operations team of a large utilities company, with a focus on providing expert employee relations advice and support to managers across the business.

This role is a hybrid working role, based in the company's central London offices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Professional who enjoys managing a varied ER caseload, partnering with managers to resolve complex people matters, and contributing to HR projects that improve processes and manager capability.

What you'll be doing:
